Rawalpindi: (Parliament Times) Taking strong notice of the firing incident by unknown person on ANF staff at Gulsitan Colony, Rawalpindi Tuesday, the anti-narcotics body while expressing its resolve to take strict action against the major drug barons has said that such incidents won’t deter the ANF’s resolve to bring culprits to justice.
According to a statement issued here on Wednesday, an incident of firing by unknown persons on ANF Staff at Gulsitan Colony, Rawalpindi occurred here on Tuesday, 8 Oct 2019. As a result one ANF official was injured. After firing the shooters escaped from the place of occurrence.
The ANF Staff along with local Police Rawalpindi were searching for the accused. Since the time, ANF has started working strictly against the major drug barons, ANF staff and prosecutors are receiving life threats from various unknown sources.
