Muzaffarabad: Protest Procession followed by a rally was held in Pathika Naseerabad under the aegis of Pasban-e-Hurriyat Jammu and Kashmir against Indian atrocities in Indian Occupied Kashmir (IOK) besides Line of Control (LOC) here on Friday.

People were holding banners, placards and black flags, slogans stated on placards were “India stop atrocities on LOC, India enemy of peace, humanity and Kashmir, UN must take notice of throwing toy bombs by Indian Armed forces”.

Speaking on the occasion, Chairman Pasban-e-Hurriyat Uzair Ahmed Ghazali said that Indian army deliberately target civilians both in Indian Occupied Kashmir and on LOC, “Indian army throws toy bombs on LOC which is against international laws, Muslims genocide in IOK is increasing and day by day”.

He cautioned that the immense increase in deployment of armed forces have changed the demography of IOK into military jail, “Kashmiri became hostage of Indian state terrorism” Ghazali said.

He maintained that Indian cannot maintain its illegal occupation on IOK by aggression and brutalities, “Article 35-A is the identity of the state of Jammu and Kashmir and Kashmiri cannot tolerate any kind of amendment in it” he added.

Uzair Ghazali lamented that civilians living along LOC are not safe from Indian aggression, saying that the houses, shops, mosques and even educational institutions being targeted by Indian Armed forces.

He said that throwing toy bombs on LOC are also violations of International laws.

He demanded the United Nations to control Indian war madness, “UN must stop India against human rights violations and conduct plebiscite in the State of Jammu and Kashmir for stability peace in the region.”

Shaukat Javed Mir on the occasion said that ceasefire violations on LOC are open challenge for peace loving nations and UN must intervene in this deteriorating situation.

Nazeer Hussain Shah, Usman Ali Hashim, Iftikhar Ahmed, Tanzeer Iqbal, Rashid Abbasi, Javed Abbasi and others also addressed on the occasion.
