ISLAMABAD:      Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry has said we are ready to talk to whosoever comes in power in Indian following polls in India.

In an interview with Indian newspaper Fawad Chaudhry said Pakistan is ever ready to talk to India following completion of phase of Indian polls. We will move forward talks whosoever comes in power following Indian elections.

He held that tension created after Pulwama attack is not in the interest of the region. Pakistan showed responsibility contrary to India in war atmosphere. Pakistan released Indian pilot as a gesture of good will.

He underlined Pakistan will make every possible effort to activate Kartarpur Corridor. Pakistan wants peace in the region and practical steps are being taken in this regard, he added.
