Karachi: Former federal minister Mifta Ismail has approached the Sindh high court for protective bail.
Mifta filed a petition in the Sindh High Court seeking protective bail on Tuesday.
Petitioner took the plea that NAB is doing baseless inquiry and he is ready to cooperate with NAB.
Petitioner prayed court that his protective bail should be approved.
It is vital to mention here that NAB inquiry is underway against Mifta Ismail in LNG case while interior ministry upon the recommendation of NAB put his name on the ECL.
Ismail was also appeared before NAB for investigation in LNG Scandal on Jan 12.
