Muzaffrabad : (Parliament Times) AJ&K Prime Minister Raja Muhammad Farooq Haider Khan has said we want more rights for the people of Gilgit and Baltistan.
Addressing the oath-taking ceremony of newly elected office bearers of Central Bar Association Muzaffarabad here on Tuesday night.
The AJK Premier welcomed the delegation of Lawyers from Gilgit at the ceremony and assured them of full support in their just struggle for the constitutional rights for the Gilgit and Baltistan.
“We Demand of introducing Prime Minister and President instead of Chief Minister and Governor for these posts, people of this region deserve more rights as they fought difficult war against Dogras for independence in very difficult situation “he said.
Prime Minister dismissed the impression that people of AJ&K don’t want rights for G.B,s people.
The Premier said we want full economic and constitutional rights for the Gilgit and Baltistan.
