ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has directed to construct schools and hospitals in tribal districts at the earliest.
Chairing a meeting over erstwhile FATA’s merger with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, he said education, health and other facilities will be provided to the tribal people.
The Prime Minister directed to constitute an implementation committee lead by Governor and Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for every tribal district. Provincial ministers and senators hailing from respective districts should also be included in the committees.
He asked the Chief Minister and Governor of the province to personally visit all tribal districts and take the people into confidence regarding measures taken for the merger.
The Prime Minister was briefed that all phases of merger have been successfully completed
