MANCHESTER: Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar on Saturday has said ?that those who illegally transferred money abroad will be made accountable. ?
As a part of fundraising campaign for construction of Diamer-Bhasha dam, the top judge addressed a ?ceremony in Manchester. ?
During the event, CJP Nisar said that nobody can stop Pakistan from construction of dams. He said that ?he has laid the foundation stone for the purpose. ?
Famed boxer Amir Khan, Naeem Bukhari and other prominent personalities also attended the ?function. ?
Earlier, in London, Justice Saqib Nisar said Pakistan is a sovereign state and added that sovereignty is ?not less than any blessing. He said that Pakistan needs leaders like Quaid-e-Azam?.?
The top judge further said that he has no political agenda and vowed to work for the welfare of the ?humanity after retirement.?
