Islamabad: Capital Development Authority (CDA) has started regularization of Zone-IV and Banigala on the court directions.
Prime Minister Imran Khan has given application for the regularization of both of his residences, including a 250 Kanal residence and adjacent drawing room building.
CDA has received 132 applications from the commercial and residential owners for Zone-IV and Banigala, CDA administration after court direction started the process of regularization.
According to sources, the map and other documents of PM’s residence has been submitted to CDA one window for regularization.
CDA will charge Rs100/square feet from residential and 200 from commercial buildings, the owners of commercial building would also bound to pay commercialization charges Rs 3500 per square feet and Zone-4 residents would also pay the developmental charges.
