I have been writing on this subject for last so many months with sole intention to aware McDonalds’ top Management about the plight or workers/employees who have been kicked out from Job without any rhyme or reason. The employees have been raising their voice since one year through different resources and platforms like newspapers, social Media but it looks as if the top Management is hand in glove with those who had rendered these poor and hapless workers jobless. According to McDonald’s policies all employee, managers and concerned authorities are equal, no religious discrimination, no favouritism but these policies are not followed by managers and special persons in interior branches. I am also one of the victims who were kicked out from Job without any issue. Since then I have been running from pillar to post to seek justice, contacted many officials including Operational Consultants and Operational Mangers in this regard but there has been no response whatsoever from these authorities.
I wonder the officials working in a multinational company like that of McDonalds behave in a fashion that goes against the basic standards of norms prerequisite to work in a multinational company. It is my humble request to the Sultan Lakhani Sahb and Tariq Butt Sahb to take serious step against the Operational Consultants who make fools to the workers instead of solving their problems, and deliver the justice to the workers who deserve it.
