He announced to donate his one month salary to the Diamer Basha and Mohmand Dams Fund.
He also urged the public to fully contribute in Dams Fund and donate as much as they can.
“I think our nation wants to donate for the Dam Fund and several youth from Baluchistan have telephoned me and expressed their willingness to donate their one month salaries.” The Deputy Speaker said.
He said that new dams will be helpful to fulfill the needs of water and electricity in the country.
Prime Minister Imran Khan’s appeal to overseas Pakistanis to send money for the Dams Fund is a very good step, Suri said.
