London: British-Kashmiri Lord Nazir has Urged Pakistan to appoint a Kashmiri as the head of Kashmir Committee so that “the Kashmir cause could be better represented” on various world forums.
He said Kashmiri youth were being martyred in the name of search operation while Kashmiri women were being subjected to sexual assault.
He termed the performance of Kashmir Committee “deplorable”
He said the Prime Minister Imran Khan holds the discretionary powers to appointment head of the Kashmir Committee.
Cruising head of Kashmir Committee, Fazal Ur Rehaman, he called on Prime Minister Imran Khan to himself attend the conference of United Nation General Assembly.
Lord Qurban Husain said the major political parties of Pakistan forsake the Kashmir Cause during their election campaign which fueled disappointed the Kashmiris.
