Karachi: Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has allowed former Senior Superintendent Police (SSP) Malir Rao Anwar allegedly involved in Naqeeb Ullah murder case to go anywhere to meet his relatives inside the country.As per media reports, the hearing of the Naqeeb Ullah case was held in ATC on Saturday.Rao Anwar filed a petition seeking permission to meet his family members outside Karachi city. He took the plea that family members are coming from Dubai to celebrates EId ul Azha but due to security concerns, he can’t celebrate Eid in Karachi. Permission for celebrating Eid outside city be granted.The defence counsel Salah-ud-din Panhore put objection on his petition that petition regarding trust on court and transfer of case is pending hearing so court can not issue an order on this petition.The court accepted the plea of Rao Anwar after hearing the arguments of both parties .The court ordered that accused can go outside the city to meet his family members but can’t go outside the country.Earlier, court had imposed ban on former SSP to go outside the city.
