NEW YORK: UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Zeid Ra’ad Al Hussein has expressed deep grief over assassination of veteran Kashmiri journalist Shujaat Bukhari last week.
During his opening statement of 38th session of the Human Rights Council, Hussein said Shujaat was a courageous human rights defender actively working for peace and seeking to help both India and Pakistan put an end to the violence.
