MIRPUR (AJK): Describing the Indian Prime Minister Modi’s visit to the disputed territory of Indian occupied Jammu Kashmir an attempt to hoodwink the world, Jammu Kashmir National Front has said that instead of trying to befool the world, Modi must respect the promises made to the people of Jammu & Kashmir by his country.
Jammu Kashmir National Front’s Deputy Chairman, Altaf Hussain Wani said while talking to reporters here on Saturday that if Modi was really a believer of democracy he should release all the political prisoners and start, a process so that Kashmir dispute is resolved once for all.
Wani continued that Indian forces on the behest of Modi government and the local agents of New Delhi have unleashed a reign of terror in the disputed territory. “They are on a killing spree and they have filled up jails”, he said and added that no one is allowed to raise his or her voice and a martial law is prevailing in the Jammu Kashmir making it a virtual police state.
Altaf Hussain Wani said that Indian forces have killed around 80 people in Kashmir only in last four and a half months so Indian PM Modi is not welcome in the disputed region the aim of whose visit is to show the world as if there is nothing going on here. However, the world is fully aware about the fact that the hands of Indian rulers and their local puppets are drenched with blood of innocent Kashmiri people, he added.
The JK National Front leader said that Modi is hand in glove with Zionist forces who are busy in killing the Palestinians and hurting the sentiments of Muslims world over by occupying the Qibla-e-Awal. The National Deputy Chairman,
Altaf Hussain Wani also condemned the recent massacre of Palestinians in Gaza by Israeli forces. He said that Kashmiris and Palestinians are facing same kind of situations where occupiers have turned the disputed territories into killing fields.
