Awaran: As many as 2 persons died due to drinking poisonous water of the pond in Awaran city of Baluchistan while more than 50 are in serious condition.
As per media reports, incident took place in the area of Tranch in Awaran where people drink poisonous water from a pond.
Rescue officers has investigated that as many as 2 persons have died while more than 50 are affected.
The condition of several affected persons is serious. The affected persons are being provided first aid in civil hospital Lasbella, Hub and in different private hospitals.
O n the other hand, 4 persons in critical conditions have been shifted to Karachi.
Edhi sources said that an emergency team had moved along with medicines and ration to the affected area while Chief Minister of Balochistan Abdul Quddus Bizenjo has directed to provide best facilities to the affected person.
