MIRPUR (AJK):(Parliament Times) Lambasting Indian Prime Minister for the repeated blood bath of the innocent people in Indian occupied Kashmir, AJK Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider Khan here Thursday termed Indian premier Narrindra Modi as the world’s biggest terrorist who, he said, constitutes a threat not only to the regional peace but the global peace at large.
Raja Farooq Haider Khan said this while addressing a reception meeting hosted in his honour by the local MLA Ch. Rukhsar Ahmed in his electoral constituent area of Khari, in outskirt of Mirpur city. Besides the host Ch. Rukhsar Ahmed, AJK ministers Ch. Muhammad Saeed, Ch. Muhammad Aziz, Legislators Dr. Mustafa Bashir Abbasi and Col. (Retd) Waqar Ahmed Noor also addressed the ceremony largely attended by the people including the notables from the area.
AJK Prime Minister continued that India on one hand has unleashed reign of terror in occupied Kashmir while on the other its forces were targeting civilian population settled across the line of control by resorting to unprovoked firing. Describing the Indian occupying forces as the world’s top brutal force, AJK Prime Minister said that the atrocities and reign of violence, let loose against innocent people of occupied Kashmir, was unprecedented the world over. “The occupying brutal Indian force’s men are awarded promotions in acknowledgement of their “outstanding performance” of killing the innocent Kashmiris”, he revealed. He said that Indian government promotes police officers just for killing innocent civilians which he said was the worst example of brutality. Prime Minister lamented that peaceful protestors who demand freedom in IOK, were being killed mercilessly saying that the use of deadly weapons including pellet guns against Kashmiris was Modi’s systematic policies to crush Kashmiris’ ongoing struggle for right to self-determination . “Students in IOK are shot dead after being kidnapped by the occupation forces and later India declares that they have been killed during encounters”, he said adding that it shows how brazenly India was carrying genocide in the region. He said that the recent bloodshed of innocent Kashmiris in Shopian and Annantnag districts by the Indian occupying forces was the eye-opener for the civilized, human rights and peace-loving comity of nations.
Terming unprovoked shelling on LoC as a conspiracy of Brahman regime against Pakistan the PM said, “Indian troops have violated ceasefire agreement many times and their prime target remained civilian population”, the PM said. The AJK Prime Minister said that even the examination center at the forward village at this side of the LOC was targeted of the unprovoked Indian shelling yesterday and resultantly the innocent students failed to appear in the examination following the frequent volley of bullets from across the LoC.
Haider said Pakistan always strongly supported Kashmiris just and principled struggle for freedom at each national and global forum. He said that people of Jammu & Kashmir are always thankful of the government of Pakistan for extending bold and courageous support to the Kashmir cause.
The AJK Prime Minister announced that he was leaving for United Kingdom to participate in anti-India protest demonstration in London scheduled to be held on the eve of Indian Prime Minister’s arrival in Britain. Prime Minister demanded the international community to stop killing of innocent civilians in Indian occupied Kashmir.
Talking on his visit to Kharri Sharif (some 15 kilometers from Mirpur), Prime Minister said that Kharri Sharif is the land of religious saints. Prime Minister announced to approve 8 kilometers road, construction of hospital, reconstruction of Kharri Sharif road on the occasion.
He said that our development initiatives have been achieved before time which is significant in AJK history, while in previous government tenure, only 4 percent budget of total estimated cost was being allocated and work progress remained in limbo.
