Rawalpindi: Additional District and Session Judge Rawalpindi Gulzar Ahmad Khalid has ordered to open the case pertaining to Clampdown against Faizabad Dharrna and issued notices to parties here on Monday.
Court took up the petition submitted by Member Council of Tehreek Ya Rasool Allah and summoned all the parties on April 05.
Hafeez Ullah Jan Alvi nominated Federal Interior Minister Ahsan Iqbal, Provincial Law Minister Rana Sanaullah, Deputy Commissioner Rawalpindi, RPO Rawalpindi and SHO Sadiqabad under 22-A and pleaded that an FIR was first launched then sealed and no action against accused was taken.
