MUZAFFARABAD: A charity walk under British Pakistani Chaudhry Muhammad Rafiq and his team will kick off on March 16 from Chakothi to Kot Sarfraz for raising funds for hospital, orphan house and School for blind children.
The charity walk will start from Chikothi close to LoC point Hattian Bala and end at Kot Jumbil Bhimber after covering the distance of 365 kilometers. The walk has been organized by Sarfraz Welfare Trust, a known organization working for welfare of the poor masses of the area.
The walk is aimed at raising funds for welfare projects including KIRF, hospital, KORT, orphans house and Uqab School for blind children.
Regarding charity walk, Chaudhry Muhammad Rafiq said creating awareness among the people is our moral obligation adding if we realize our responsibilities we can defeat poverty.
Chairman Sarfraz Welfare Trust Chaudhry Muhammad Sarfraz said this is our big achievement if the poor segments of society get financial assistance through a little effort on our part.
