Islamabad: The Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) has completed the all sort of homework to make Chief Minister Punjab Mian Shahbaz Sharif as party president.
The credible sources have disclosed that former Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has already took his wife Begum Kulsoom Nawaz and daughter Maryam Nawaz into confidence on this matter. Sources said that PML-N would formally make announcement of making Main Shahbaz Sharif as party President tomorrow Tuesday.
Sources further stated earlier Nawaz Sharif was facing some resistance from Maryam Nawaz on the name of Shahbaz Sharif but later both Begum Kulsoom Nawaz and Maryam Nawaz showed willing on the name Chief Minister Punjab as party president.
Sources stated that earlier Nawaz Sharif held consultation with party senior leaders on name of Shahbaz Sharif and most them have viewed that Shahbaz Sharif should be chosen as party head.Most of the party leaders have feared that Shahbaz Sharfi could indulge with LDA corruption case so it was essential that he appoint as party head.
