Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has appointed four Amicus Curiae on the matter of amendment in Khatm-e-Nabuwat clause .
Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui of IHC conducted hearing of the case on Wednesday.
During the hearing, the counsel for petitioner Maulana Allah Wasaya sought time for arguments.
Court appointed four Amicus Curiae including Dr Mohsin Naqvi, Sahibzada Sajid-ur-Rehman, Mufti Hussain Banori and Dr Hassan Madni.
Court has issued directives to provide the copy of petition and respective Documents to Amicus Curiae. The petitioner has also been directed to advance arguments on Thursday.
The court has adjourned the hearing of this case till Thursday 11.00 AM
