Bhera: At least eight people were injured when a passenger bus toppled near Jhelum Bridge on motorway due to dense fog on Friday.
It has been learnt that, the accident was occurred when the driver of the passenger bus was using his mobile phone and due to dense fog suddenly the bus went out of control and struck with motorway’s wall resulting eight people received serious injuries.
The bus was enroute to Rawalpindi from Bhera.
Motorway police and officers of the FWO rushed to the accident place and shifted all injured to Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Bhera.

Six including two women killed in Peshawar firing incident
Peshawar January 26 (Online): At least six people including two women and three brothers were killed in two different firing incidents on Friday.
In line with media reports, quarrel erupted between two groups over the land dispute in Sirbandi situated in the jurisdiction of Acheeni police station.
Ayub and his brother Waqar and nephew were killed in firing, the police told the media.
Another incident occurred in the area of Yawaka, where unidentified persons opened fire at two women and killed them.
One of them was identified as Noor Zia.
Police have started an investigation to arrest the suspects into both incidents.
