Islamabad: Anti Terrorist Court (ATC) granted pre arrest bail of Pakistan Tehreek Insaf (PTI) three leaders Arif Alvi, Shireen Mazari and Asad Umar in PTV, Parliament attacks and four other cases and summoned them again on 23 January.
According to details, Shahrukh Arjumand, judge of Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) conducted hearing on Wednesday of the cases. Pakistan Tehreek Insaf (PTI)’s MNAs Arif Alvi, Shireen Mazari and Asad Umar appeared before the court. ATC has granted pre arrest bail and directed police not to arrest them. Court also ordered to submit surety bonds of Rs 100,000 for each of them and adjourned the court.
It may be recalled that, this court also granted bail to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman Imran Khan on 2nd January in connection with four cases pertaining to an attack on Parliament House, the Pakistan Television (PTV) and a senior police official.
