ISLAMABAD: Interior ministry has accorded approval to issue red warrants of 3 leaders of MQM London in Imran Farooq murder case.
Red warrants of 3 leaders of MQM London including Anwar Hussain, Iftikhar Hussain and Kashif Khan Imran will be issued.
The red warrants have been approved by interior ministry on the request of FIA.
With the issuance of red warrants, FIA will contact Interpol headquarters at France, arrest the three accused and bring them to Pakistan.
These three accused could not be indicted by the Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) on previous hearing due to non filing of Imran Farooq murder case challan by FIA in the court.
The court had expressed its annoyance over it and ordered FIA to file complete challan till next hearing.
