Hajeera: (Parliament Times) Over a dozen students hailing from Tehsil Hajeera have brought laurels to their native areas and respective colleges by showing remarkable performance during the entry tests conducted by the University of Health Sciences recently.

Five students hailing from a border village Teetrinote Sehar have passed the entry test securing their seats in the medical college.

Out of total 16 candidates from district Poonch who have qualified the UHS entry tests 15 candidates belong to Tehsil Hajeera and one from Abasspur. Zeeba Tariq, Rimsha Basharat, Sara Arshad belong to the border village Teetrinote Sehar, Shanza Asif from Madarpur, Nouman Akram, Aroba Naseem from Batal Dharmsal, Nimra Tajamal and Adeeba Tajamul from Mandhol, Sana Bashir, Attique Mumtaz from Hajeera, Mansoor Ahmed from Dothan, Rabia Qadir from Daive Gali, Armaghan Akhlaq form Jahvda whereas one of the candidates Samia Arif hails from Jandali .
