Islamabad: Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb has said that the pledge of Muhammad Nawaz Sharif to end load-shedding has been fulfilled.

Talking to newsmen outside premises of accountability court in Islamabad on Monday morning, she said that there is no single example in the history, as the electricity is being produced in the country.

The Minister of State said when the PML-N was establishing power plants, a person was hurling abuses on institutions and attacking parliament.

PML-N leader retired Captain Muhammad Safdar said that marital law could not be impose in the county until Pervaiz Musharaf and article six is alive.

He said that Pervez Musharraf will have to answer for subverting the constitution of Pakistan twice.

He added that the constitution of Pakistan is sacred as it protects the “Namoos-e-Risalat”.
