Islamabad: Twin-cities Rawalpindi and Islamabad on Wednesday witness worst traffic jam owing to negligence of traffic authorities and continue protest of Tehreek-e-Labbaik Ya Rasool Allha as its workers gathered at main Faziabad interchange.
Sources said that District Traffic police has prepared imperfect traffic plan which caused great hardship to travelers as all main road of the cities blocked.
The twin-cities main roads including Islamabad Expressway, IJ Principal Road, Murree Road were closed for all sort of traffic as long lines of traffic witness on these roads. On the other hand great traffic rush witness on Murree Road from Faizabad to Dhokri Chowk.
It was worth to mention here that Khadim Rizvi faction of Tehreek Labiak Ya Rasool Allah workers had reached Islamabad in-connection with long march that started from Lahore.
Their demands include take action against those involved in amending affidavit of Khatme Nabowat, abolish loudspeaker act, end-all cases against leaders and workers of Tehreek and include Islamic teachings in the curriculum which were previously excluded.
