Afghanistan: A helicopter made emergency landing in Khirwar district of the eastern Logar province on Saturday injuring five aboard, provincial governor Mohammad Halim Fedae said.
“During operations against militants in Khirwar district today morning a helicopter made emergency landing and as a result five people on board sustained injuries,” a news agency reported.
Meantime, Zabihullah Majahid, who claims to speak for the Taliban outfit in contact with media, has claimed that the Taliban fighters shot down a military helicopter in Khirwar district killing all aboard
