Muzaffarabad: The second junior staff course completion ceremony was held under the aegis of Kashmir Institution of Management (KIM) here on Friday. Secretary Services and General Administration Liaqat Hussain Chaudhary was the chief guest of the event.

While addressing the ceremony, Secretary Services and General Administration said that the training process for the government employees is inevitable. He said, “Training improves the performance of employees and make them capable of achieving their professional goals.”
Liaqat Hussain also appreciated the KIM performance, saying that the Kashmir Institution of Management has provided the best opportunities for government officials and employees.
He exhorted that the patronage of this organization will be maintained and its scope will further increased; officers should ensure their participation in the training course.
He said that we will provide further training opportunities to officers and employees of Azad Kashmir, so that their capacity can be increased and they can serve better in public sector.
Addressing the occasion, Director General Kashmir Institute of Management Brigadier (R) Syed Akhtar Hussain Shah described the details of the course. He said that when these graduates came for the course, their quality of thought was something else, and now that they have completed their course, their quality of thinking and role is changed.
He said that a healthy body develops a healthy mind, so the institutions should also organize the physical trainings besides course.
He thanked the guests and all officials of KIM whose efforts and cooperation made the successful completion of this badge course.
Credentials were distributed to the aspirants on completion of their course. Director General Kashmir Institute of Management also presented the shield and gift to the special guest.
