QUETTA: Balochistan incumbent government is endeavoring for provision of clean drinking water to the poor masses on their door steps and for this purpose, projects of hundreds of water supply schemes are being executed in the province.
The Chief Engineer Provincial Public Health Engineering Department told Radio Pakistan Quetta during a conversation today that for this purpose, a water supply scheme is being constructed in Sui town of Dera Bugti District at a cost of 458 million rupees.
He added that a water supply scheme is also being constructed in Loralai town and its surrounding areas in Loralai District at a cost of 140 million rupees.
Similarly, that construction work on a water supply scheme in Mach town of District Kachhi is in progress at a cost of approximately 93 million rupees.
