Islamabad: Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) has extended last date for admissions in academic programs from Matric to postgraduate-level programs till October 10 with a nominal late fee.
Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Shahid Siddiqui took the decision in order to accommodate those who have yet not applied for the admission for different reasons.
According to Director Admissions, it also aimed at bring maximum number of people in its educational net.
Late fee for SSC program is Rs.100 and FA/BA Rs.200, while for all the postgraduate programs Rs.500/-.
The Vice-Chancellor hoped that the maximum number of people will take benefit of the extended date to continue their future study.
Admissions forms and prospectuses could also be obtained from the University’s main campus, 44-Regional Campuses and more than 100- Coordinating Offices across the country. Moreover, prospectus and admission forms of all programs could also be downed from University’s websitewww.aiou.edu.pk.
