Islamabad: Secretary General Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) Aftab Bajwa has termed the decision of early indictment of Ishaq Dar a collusion with prosecution.

While talking to a private media channel on Wednesday, Bajwa said haste has been shown in indictment of finance minister Ishaq Dar. Finance minister should have been indicted a week later but he has been afforded opportunity to take benefit of doubt by charge sheeting him earlier, he added.
He said Sharif family would be indicted after one week but Finance minister was indicted one week before while references were filed against both at the same time.
By making this a base, Ishaq Dar can advance this stance in the court that he is being victimized politically which can go in his favour , he added. .
He claimed that Dar would be acquitted from court due to his early indictment.
