Islamabad: State Minister for Interior Talal Chaudhry has said that there is no legal importance of Model Town commission report.
While talking to media men on Friday Chaudhry said according to the constitution of 1956 government has the right to either publish model town commission report or not adding whatever was to happen after the report it has happened already.
He said the process of formation of commission is continuing before 1960 and According to 1956 law government has the right to either publish Model Town Massacre report or not and legally no punishment could be awarded to the persons who does not present the report.
He said judicial report could not be presented as proof under law and trial of Model Town Massacre has already been conducted in Anti- terrorism Court. Only FIR could be registered on the basis of report that was already registered.

These magicians should understand one thing that Pakistan has already suffered heavy loss and they should not cause any more loss to it, he added.
