Lahore: The ballot papers for by-poll in constituency NA-120 have been handed over to Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) under the supervision of Pakistan Army.
The constituency was vacant after the disqualification of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in Panama papers case. Polling on this seat would be held on September 17.
The ruling PML-N has nominated Begum Kalsoom Nawaz as its candidate in this constituency while PTI and PPP have fielded Yasmin Rashid and Faisal Mir respectively.
The election campaign of all contesting candidates in constituency NA-120 is in full swing.
It is worth-mentioning here that candidate of PML-N Begum Kulsoom Nawaz is in London for medical treatment and her election campaign is being run by her daughter Maryam Nawaz.
