ISLAMABAD: (Parliament Times) Sub divisional magistrate Sadar Islamabad has imposed ban on construction of mud and bricked homes under section 144 in six sectors of federal capital including G-4/10-1, 2 and 3, F-15, F-14 and F-15/3 for two months with immediate effect.
The orders issued by the magistrate said that the land of the villages falling in these sectors has been acquired by Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation for its housing schemes. Certain elements are building homes on these lands so that the cost of their built up property is raised. It is illegal. Therefore , any illegal construction is banned in these sectors. Stern legal action will be initiated against the violators of these orders.
