Muzaffarabad: Fake Peer (Faith healer) has been released on bail from criminal court here on Wednesday.
Bail was granted under section 292 of APC, while sections 354-A,419,420,ZA 6 and 109(3) needs witness and court ordered for further investigation.
Fake theurgist Tazeem was arrested on a raid in his Astana with media where cameras, laptop, and mobile devices were ceased. The electronic devices were being used for making sexual videos of female followers.
According to Police Challan, Tazeem used alcoholic drinks, drugs and black magic to intoxicate women for his sex desire and make their videos to blackmail them later on.
Court did not accept the sex videos evidence and granted bail to Tazeem for 1 lac bail bond. Tazeem has accepted his crime under police custody.
According to police, the criminal court decision was not on justice despite of provision of many evidences, SHO City Police Station Rashid Habib Masoodi said that we will appeal in high court against this bail, victims of the faith healer’s lust were women and have their families due to which they are not available for witness but evidences have been presented to court
