Muzaffarabad: Federal Government has appointed Mr. Shoaib Dastgir as new Inspector General Police of Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
Cabinet Division Secretariat division issued a notification yesterday notifying the appointment of Mr. Shoaib Dastagir as the Inspector General Police of AJK.
Mr. Dastagir was serving as BPS-21 officer of Police service of Pakistan and was posted under Government of Punjab. He will serve as IG AJK police in his own pay and scale.
