Lahore: Al-Muhammadia Students (AMS) will celebrate Independence Day with patriotic zeal. Countrywide events will be held in August in different cities and towns wherein students will be informed about Pakistan’s freedom struggle.
AMS spokesman Hanzla Ammad said, “Students played important role in Pakistan’s Independence Movement. Students of Subcontinent offered extraordinary sacrifices for Pakistan’s formation. It is need of the hour to revive the same spirit for stability and completion of Pakistan.â€
He further said that Kashmiris are fighting for completion of Pakistan. Their moral, diplomatic and political help is our duty. “Kashmiri students are speaheding freedom movement. We should support them†he said. He also announced to launch campaign on social media. Students will be encouraged to play role for Pakistan under this campaign.
Moreover, AMS will hold seminars in Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi, Quetta, Peshawar, Multan and other cities. Political and religious leadership will address to the students.
