ISLAMABAD: (Parliament Times) Finance Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar has said additional electricity will be added to the national grid by early next year on completion of ongoing power projects.
Presiding over a high level meeting in Islamabad, he said it will significantly reduce load-shedding in the country.
The Minister said in addition to power generation, necessary projects are also being undertaken for electricity transmission and distribution.
He directed the concerned officials to ensure completion of the ongoing power projects according to the given timelines.
