Islamabad: (Parliament Times) The former convener of All Parties Hurriyat Conference Pak chapter and vice president of Democratic Freedom Party while paying glorious tributes to veteran Kashmiri liberation leader, Dr Abdul Aala, for his contribution to the Kashmir freedom movement has said that the deceased leader was an epitome of simplicity, kindness and honesty.

Saghar made these assertions while speaking at a condolence meeting held at party’s (DFP) information office in Rawalpindi here on Wednesday. The meeting was attended by DFP officer bearers including Mir Asrar Hussain, Nazir Ahmed Ganderbali and others. Expressing his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family, Saghar said that Dr. Aala was one among pioneers of Al-Fatah movement who raised the banner of revolt against Indian illegal occupation. He said that besides his significant contribution to the noble cause Dr. Aala would be remembered in the annals of Kashmir history for his social and humanitarian services. Referring to his supreme sacrifices, the DFP leader said that owing to his political beliefs the deceased leader had gone through trials and tribulations.

Participants of the meeting offered special prayers for the departed soul and conveyed their heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family. Participants of the meeting also expressed sympathy with the bereaved family and prayed to Allah Almighty to grant eternal peace to the departed soul and give courage and fortitude to his family.
