Srinagar: In occupied Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyet Conference (APHC) Chairman, Syed Ali Gilani has denounced use of brute forces on students and teaching staff in educational institutions.

Syed Ali Gilani in a statement issued in Srinagar said that the authorities were pushing youth to wall but no one would be allowed to play with the future of students.

Condemning police raids and thrashing of students of polytechnic, Pulwama, and Shopian colleges, he said that it was a ploy to destroy future of students.

Referring to the recent threat statements from Jan Sangh leaders, Gilani said that affairs of the territory were virtually run by Indian forces and New Delhi had declared war on people. He blamed the authorities for vandalism against students and said that they were hatching conspiracies against them.

Syed Ali Gilani, while commenting on the recent statements of Amit Shah and Ram Madhav, said that authorities in Delhi were turning their deaf ear to hard realities and following their arrogant thinking and repressive measures. Stubborn attitude and harsh measures neither did any good in past nor it will prove of any help in future too, added Gilani.

Taking dig at Jan Sang ideology, the APHC Chairman categorically said that there was no space for their obsessive views in Kashmir and they could never change historical realities about Kashmir.
