MIRPUR (AJK): (Altaf Hamid Rao) At the second leg of the reshuffling of the officials of the district administrations, the PML (N) – led Azad Govt. of the State of Jammu & Kashmir Thursday ordered the transfers and postings of the Deputy Commissioners of various districts of AJK including the State’s metropolis, official sources said.
Quoting the official notification of the services and general administration department of AJK government, an AJK government spokesman told APP late Thursday, that Masood ur Rehman, the sitting Personal Staff Officer of AJK Prime Minister, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner Muzaffarabad.
He will replace Ms. Tehzeeb un Nisa (Acting Charge BPS 19), who has been inducted as Commissioner Rehabilitation of AJK.
Similarly, Deputy Commissioner Bagh Ch. Guftar Hussain has been transferred and posted
as Deputy Commissioner Bhimbher replacing Sardar Adnan Khursheed who has been made as PSO to AJK Prime Minister.
Likewise, Ch. Muhammad Fareed of District Management Group, currently affiliated with S&GAD, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner Neelam Valley district.
The newly-inducted DC Muzaffarabad Masood ur Rehman will assume the charge of his new assignment as Deputy Commissioner Muzaffarabad after completion of Senior Management Course, the notification said.
The newly inducted Commissioner Rehabilitation Ms. Tehzeeb un Nisa will continue holding the additional charge of the office of DC Muzaffarabad till the assumption of charge of the office by her successor Masood ur Rehman, according to the notification.
More postings and transfers among rest of the AJK districts are expected in the coming days.
