Abbaspur: (Parliament Times) It was education that always took the nations to the heights of progress prosperity and made them indomitable. This was stated by Principal Kashmir Public Science College Abbaspur Sardar Abid Ayub Advocate while addressing Annual Parents Day ceremony of the institution here on the other day. He said that private sector educational institutions have significantly contributed for promotion of quality education in Azad Kashmir and urged the government to encourage these institutions to further strengthen the education. He said that his institution is fully supporting the government’s efforts to regulate the private sector education but government must distinguish the good institutions from the bad. Saying that Kashmir Public Science College has been serving the people of the area for last 29 years and produced large number of doctors, engineers, lawyers and other professionals, the principal asked the government to halt misleading propaganda against the private educational institutions. The students of the college enthralled the audiances through their performances including Naat contest, speeches, plays and skirts.
