Muzaffarabad: (Parliament Times) Azad Kashmir Apex Committee meeting was held at Prime Minister Secretariat on Wednesday to review the progress on the decisions taken during 6th Apex Committee in August on National Action Plan last year. The meeting was chaired by Prime Minister Azad Kashmir Raja Muhammad Farooq Haider Khan and was attended by Major General Azhar Abbas, General Officer Commanding 12 Division, Chief Secretary Sikandar Sultan Raja and other senior military and civil officials.
The Apex Committee was briefed in detail by concerned departments on National Action Plan and actions taken on the decisions. The Committee expressed satisfaction over the progress and also resolved to intensify the efforts to defeat terrorism in the spirit of Operation Raddul Fassad.
