Karachi: Former President and Co-Chairman PPP Asif Ali Zardari said that operation “Rad-ul-Fisad†would be successful in eliminating the terrorism in the country. He said this during the meeting with Syed Khursheed Shah who called on him on Friday at Zardari House. During the meeting, current political situation of the country including matters pertaining to current wave of terrorism in the country, operation “Rad-ul-Fisadâ€, establishment of military courts were discussed.
Asif Ali Zardari has expressed grave concern over the non-implementation of National Action Plan (NAP) and stressed the need to implement on it with true spirit adding that terror incidents would not be happened repeatedly if NAP is implemented. Ironically the incumbent government did not pay attention towards it.
He expressed the hope that new operation “Rad-ul-Fisad†would be succeeded and terrorism be eliminated as PPP and people of Pakistan would favor it. Syed Khursheed Shah on this occasion said that PPP has always raised voice against terrorism in parliament and expressed his resolve to raise this issue on every platform.
The interviews have also been conducted from the candidates desirous for various party posts and party reorganization. The final announcement in this regard would be made by Chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.
