Muzaffarabad: President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Sardar Masood Khan will visit Brussels, the Headquarters of European Union, next week.
Kashmir Council European Union (KCEU) headed by Ali Raza Syed has invited the AJK President on a three-day visit to Belgium. During his stay in Brussels, Sardar Masood Khan, would have meetings with high ranking European officials including authorities of EU Commission and EU parliamentarians.
He would also participate in a conference titled, “Kashmir Conflict and International Opinion†at the EU Parliament in Brussels on 7th February.
The conference would be arranged by KCEU in collaboration with Friends of Kashmir Group in the EU Parliament. Soon after his arrival on the first day (Monday) of the President’s visit to Belgium, he would participate in a banquet to be hosted by Pakistani and Kashmiri communities with coordination of KCEU in Brussels. The KCEU has all set in connection with preparations of the AJK President’s visit to Belgium and office of the Council.
Visit of AJK President to Brussels would take place a day after Kashmir Solidarity Day, being observed on 5th of February by the Pakistanis across the globe.
The Chairman of KCEU, Ali Raza Syed in a statement said that Sardar Masood Khan’s visit would have positive results in connection with the Kashmir dispute.
