Srinagar : In occupied Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyet Conference (APHC) has strongly condemned the continued house detention of its Chairman, Syed Ali Gilani, describing it as the frustration of the puppet authorities and the worst kind of human rights violation.

The APHC spokesman in a statement issued in Srinagar denounced the authorities for not allowing Syed Ali Gilani to offer Juma prayers. He said, this undemocratic and unethical practice has become a routine and termed the action as interference in religious affairs of the APHC Chairman.

The spokesman said, locking down of Jamia Masjid Srinagar and other religious places for months together speaks volumes of the practical measures being taken to implement the agenda of Hindu Rashtra for which incumbent puppet regime was formed.

He strongly reacted to the puppet Education Minister, Naeem Akhtar’s recent assertion on issuance of domicile certificates to West Pakistan Refugees. “After deceitful and anti-people blunders, the so-called education minister most shamelessly surfaces to offer clarifications and explanations. Doesn’t issuing domicile certificate make one eligible for other incentives and if not, then why these refugees are in Jammu and Kashmir and in what capacity?” he asked.

The spokesman said that these yes-men had shredded off the last coat of their worth and dignity to justify and legitimize backdoor robbery of these political dacoits and they willfully acted as statues to these destructive measures. “SARFAESI Act is a well-knit conspiracy to strangulate us economically and what their parliament could not dare to do, their judiciary has done it, using the blood soaked hands of these collaborators,” the spokesman added. He said that Delhi-groomed politicians of the territory had been using these deceptions for the last seven decades to appease their crowning authorities but their lust for power and greed seemed to have no end.

Meanwhile, APHC leader, Nayeem Ahmed Khan in a statement in Srinagar expressed serious concern over the decision to issue domicile certificates to West Pakistani Hindu Refugees in Jammu. He said that India had been constantly trying to change the demography of the territory but the Kashmiris would foil all the conspiracies being hatched by New Delhi.
