Lahore:Â (Parliament Times) Abbas College of Technology held first annual prize distribution ceremony. Chairperson Punjab Board of Technical Education (PBTE) Mrs. Saima Javed, Director Punjab National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) Haji Muhammad Docgar specially participated in ceremony. System Analyst PBTE Zulifqar Cheema, Deputy Secretary PBTE Muhammad Suleman, Administrator Madrisat ul Banat Naeem Khalid, Deputy Administrator Khurram Khan, Project Director Abbas College of Technology Shahid Jahangir, Staff and large number of students were also there.
Mrs. Saima Javed gave shield to Sami ud Din Rafay who got 2nd position in annual examination of PBTE. Prizes and shields were also distributed in College staff and students. Students submitted presentation on different topics. Projects made by students were placed in ceremony.
Mrs. Saima Javed said that the importance of technical education cannot be denied. Character building of students should be paid special attention because the most important thing is the character of the man.
Haji Muhammad Dogar said that it is difficult to get a job without talent. Do not get anything without hard work. God’s closeness and prayer of mother is necessary to become a successful man.
