ISLAMABAD: Azad Jammu Kashmir President Sardar Muhammad Masood Khan has said that United Nations has never played its affective role in implementing its resolutions of Kashmir. He said that United States and United Kingdom never took interest in resolution of Kashmir issue. He added that that China was supporting Pakistan’s position on Kashmir. He said this while addressing to seminar at National Defense University Islamabad. He said that Kashmiris will not accept any out of box solution on Kashmir and UN’s resolution on Kashmir were the basis of Kashmir issue in which kashmiris were promised to grant right to self determination though plebiscite.
Earlier talking to a delegation of Pakistan China Business Council in Islamabad he said that China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) will make ensure the prosperity and development in the region.
He said that both of the countries are committed to complete the projects under the CPEC in time and it will strengthen the Pak-China friendship with passage of time, Radio Pakistan reported.
He said that Kashmir can also be linked through highways with the CEPC route and will get benefits of this mega project in trade and business. The delegation said that the CPEC Council finalised it six mega projects for Pakistan which include projects of cement plants, oil refinery and others.
It said that one hundred seventy companies are working in the CPEC Council and offices of the council are being establishing across the country in enhance the number of investors.
