Muzaffarabad: The residents of Niaz Pura, Dana, Saran, Maldhi and other adjoining areas have accused that Muzaffarabad Pir Chinasi Road has turned into ruins due to negligence of the construction company.
In a joint statement issued here on Sundaythey accused that Road leading to important hill station is presenting a look of trash causing great inconvenience to the motorists and commuters. They said Peer Chansi an attractive tourist place is losing its attraction mainly because dilapidated condition of the road. They said that contract of the road was given to a construction company of a member AJK Council but unfortunately contractor is not taking any interest in timely completion of the road leaving the people of the area to face great hardship. They demanded from AJK Prime and Chief Secretary to serious notice of the negligence of the contractor and bound him to accelerate the pace of work on the road
