Muzaffarabad: Five persons of a family died while two others injured when a passenger van fell into river Neelum near Noseri area of district Muzaffarabad on Saturday.
According to Police sources the van carrying around eight persons was on its way from Ashkot area of Neelum Valley when skidded of road near Noseri and fell into deep gorge along the river Neelum. All the deceased persons belong to a family were reportedly returning home after attending a funeral ceremony.
According to Rescue sources after a rescue operation, dead bodies have been recovered while the injured passengers have been rushed to nearest hospital for treatment.
